What does Maintenance cover?
Monitoring, upkeep, small refreshes using your content, SEO, GEO, local listings, DNS, and upkeep of existing automations and integrations. The systems and permitted operations are agreed with you. Creating new integrations, automations, pages or capabilities is Build work.
How do operator units work?
Each month includes 60 units, equivalent to 5 hours. Operator attention is rounded up per work session in 5-minute units. Included units do not roll over. A $100 package adds 20 units (100 minutes); purchased units never expire and can be used with an active plan. Extra packages are not purchased automatically.
If we appear to have caused a defect, investigation does not consume units. If we contributed to the fault, we cover the full remediation.
Which running costs are included?
Compute, database and cloud storage are included within agreed limits. Domain purchases and registrar charges, email inbox subscriptions, and AI inference API charges are excluded. We can manage your DNS, including email DNS.
How do we move to Maintenance?
You can signal your intention even before the build is complete. We agree the remaining work and settlement together. The request pauses future automatic payments while work continues during review.
The notice period is exactly 30 days, with a transition fee equal to another 30 days at your current rate. Service changes after the 30-day notice period. Unused annual prepayment is reimbursed pro rata through the agreed settlement.
How quickly will someone respond?
A first response within 24 hours for standard service matters. Resolution depends on the issue; we do not promise it within 24 hours.
Do you run social media or advertising?
We can build systems that support social media workflows. We do not operate your social media channels, create content or run advertising.
